Managing Partner of SOY, founded the company after 25 years in leadership roles across India, the US, and Europe. He previously led Hines India, managing over US$500M in investments and 2M square feet of office space. Yash has also held leadership roles at Silverglades, McKinsey & Company, and Doorvani Cables.

Leena Sengupta

COO of SOY, has extensive experience in luxury hospitality, specializing in transforming underperforming assets and enhancing guest satisfaction. Her expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence makes her a key leader at SOY, driving both operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.

Amandeep Arora

Head of Investments and Strategic Initiatives at SOY, has over a decade of expertise in real estate and hospitality. He previously worked with Marriott, bloomrooms, and JLL Hotels, driving expansion, deal structuring, and strategic growth. His experience spans acquisitions, valuations, and launching new brands across India.
